To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met - Please ensure you:
Conduct a patch test prior to full use. Apply a small amount to a test area and wait 24 hours before using it more extensively. In the rare instance that you have an adverse reaction to a product please discontinue use of the product immediately, take a photo of the reaction and contact us.
Have not switched directly from steroid creams or other medical treatments. If you are transitioning off steroids, we can’t guarantee your skin will not react due to topical steroid withdrawal, where your skin may possibly react to elements as gentle as water.
