Refund policy
We are so grateful that you decided to treat you and your baby's skin with Berre. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to the nature of our personal care products.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Berre is not required to provide a refund for change of mind returns. For example, should you make the wrong selection or change your mind, within compliance with Consumer Rights Berre is not obligated to offer a refund.
If there is a major fault with the product you've purchased, we will offer to replace it where available. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer a gift voucher or refund. All claims for faulty products are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at the discretion of Berre.
By finalising your order you are agreeing to these terms:
1. If you received a damaged item please ensure we are contacted within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
2. In the event that you have received an item with a minor fault, we will first attempt to replace or repair the item.
3. If you receive an item which is deemed by Berre as having a major fault. It is at the customers discretion to choose a replacement, store credit or a refund.
How to Return:
- Email us at info@berre.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Ensure the product is in good condition, with minimal use.
- Repack the product in the original shipping box.
- Include your order number and the reason for return inside the box.
- Important: We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns if you don’t insure the parcel.
Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returning a product to Berre are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
